Detach Change Order

You can end the association between a request and an attached change order.

To detach a change order from a request

  1. On the Service Desk tab, select the desired request from the Request List page.

    The Request Detail page appears.

  2. Select Activities, Detach Change Order on the menu bar.

    The Detach Change Order from Request page appears.

  3. Click Detach.

    The request is detached from the change order, and the activity is recorded on the Activities tab on the Request Detail page.
