Associate a Service Contract with a Contact

Service contracts can be associated with contacts and groups to identify the level of support the contacts receive.

To see the service contracts associated with a contact or group, select the Service Contracts tab on the Contact or Group Detail page.

Note: Contacts and groups are assigned to Service Contracts when the contract is created or edited. They cannot be assigned from this tab in the Detail page.
