Attachment Search Fields
The following fields are available for filtering searching the attachments list.
Note: All search fields that allow text entry support use of the % wildcard character.
- Name -- The identifier for the attachment
- Repository -- The repository where the file resides.
- Status -- Choose from one of the following values:
- Installed - Attachment is available and in place.
- Link Only - Attachment is a URL link.
- Not Installed - Attachment is not in place. Request has not completed successfully.
- Archived - Attachment is archived.
- Not Available - The attachment could not be found after an archive and purge.
- Knowledge File - Attachment is a text file.
- Created By -- The name of the person who created the file. Enter the name directly in the field, or click the search icon to search for the name.
- Last Modified By -- The name of the person who last edited the file. Enter the name directly in the field, or click the search icon to search for the name.
- File Size/File Size Value (bytes) -- You can specify an exact file size to search, or you can enter a qualifier (greater than, or less than) to search for files that fall into the desired size range.
(Optional) Click the first
link to display the following additional fields:
- Earliest Creation Date -- Enter the date and time to specify the beginning of a range for listing only attachments that were created within a specified time frame.
- Latest Creation Date -- Enter the date and time to specify the end of a range for listing only attachments that were created within a specified time frame.
- Earliest Modification Date -- Enter the date and time to specify the beginning of a range for listing only attachments that were modified within a specified time frame.
- Latest End Date -- Enter the date and time to specify the end of a range for listing only attachments that were modified within a specified time frame.
Note: You can click the More icon to display the Additional Search Arguments field. This field is intended only for expert users who understand SQL and Majic and can use it to specify search arguments that are not available in the standard search filter fields. You can enter a SQL WHERE clause in this field to specify an additional search argument.
