From InfoView, you can access Crystal reports and Web Intelligence documents, and other objects, and organize them to suit your preferences.
You can perform numerous tasks such as creating, running, and scheduling reports, viewing report history, moving or copying reports to different folders, and so on.
The features that are available in InfoView vary by content type, but in general, you can view information in your web browser, export it to other business applications (such as Microsoft Excel), and save it to a specified location.
Note: The folders and objects that you can see are dependent on your role assignment.
