Contact, Location, and Organization CIs

A CA CMDB installation can define CIs for base objects: Contacts, Locations, and Organizations. These CIs can be managed accordingly, and they can establish relationships with other CIs as desired. For some customers, this approach supports the configuration management process better than employing base objects only as CI attributes.
