Change the Family/Class of a List of CIs

You can change the Family and Class of a list of CIs.

To Change the Family/Class of a List of CIs

1. In the Configuration Item List, click Show Filter.
2. Complete one or more of the Search fields to search for the CIs you want to edit.
3. Click Search.

   The Configuration Item List populates with all the CIs that match your search criteria.

4. Click Edit in List.

   The Configuration Item List displays the fields that can be changed for all selected CIs.

5. Edit the Family and Class fields as desired.
6. Click Change All.
7. Click Save.

   When you refresh the Configuration Item List, it displays the updated CIs.
