View Ambiguous CIs from the Administration Tab

After you run the cmdb_update_ambiguity utility, you can view and manage Ambiguous CIs from the Administration tab.

To view ambiguous CIs, on the Administration tab, browse to CA CMDB, Reconciliation Management, Ambiguous CIs.

The Ambiguous CI List page displays the list of ambiguous CIs that have an index greater than 0 (zero).

Note: When you click Clear Filter in the Ambiguous CI List page or Ambiguous CI Transaction List page, it does not flush the Additional Search Arguments field (ambiguity > 0).
