Create a Privacy Level

You can create a privacy level to determine which functions the analyst can perform on the end-user computer.

To create a privacy level

1. Select Settings, Privacy Levels from the Support Automation menu.

   The Privacy Levels List page appears.

2. Click Create new.

   The Create New Privacy Level page appears.

3. Complete the following fields:

   Tenant

   Specifies the tenant.

   Privacy Level Name

   Specifies the privacy level name.

   Privacy Level

   Specifies the privacy level.

   Privacy Level Description

   Describes the privacy level.

   (Optional) Enable or disable the functions for this privacy level on the Permissions tab.

   (Optional) Enable or disable the localizations for this privacy level on the Localization tab.

   Click Save.

   The privacy level is created.
