Create a Survey Template

You can create a survey template from the Service Desk node on the Administration tab.

Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list. The public (shared) option creates the object for all tenants.

To create a survey template

  1. Click the Administration tab.

    The Administration page appears.

  2. Click Service Desk, Surveys, Survey Templates.

    The Customer Survey List appears.

  3. Click Create New.

    The Create New Survey page appears.

  4. Complete the appropriate fields.

    See Survey Template Fields for field definitions.

    Note: The Survey Name field and the Active? dropdown are required.

  5. Click Save.

    The template is saved and questions can be added.

To edit a template, open a survey template from the Customer Survey List and click Edit.

To view a survey template, open a survey template from the Customer Survey List and click View Survey.
