Deactivate a Notification Phrase

You can deactivate a notification phrase so that notifications cannot use the phrase.

Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list. The public (shared) option creates the object for all tenants.

To deactivate a notification phrase

1. On the Administration tab, navigate to Notifications, Notification Phrases.

   The Notification Phrase List appears.

2. Click the phrase that you want to activate, for example, click Notify History - Change.

   The Notification Phrase Detail page appears.

3. Click Edit.

   The Update Notification Phrase page appears.

4. Select Inactive from the Active drop-down list, and click Save.

   The Notification Phrase Detail page appears.

5. Click Close Window.

   The phrase is inactive and it is unavailable for you to use in notifications.
