Edit an Archive and Purge Rule

You can edit an archive and purge rule that has already been created.

Follow these steps:

  1. From the Administration tab, select Archive and Purge Rules.

    The Archive and Purge Rule List appears.

  2. Select the rule that you want to edit and click the rule name.

    The Archive and Purge Rule Detail page appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Update Archive and Purge Rule page appears.

  4. Edit in the fields as appropriate.
  5. Click Save.

    Your edits are saved and the Archive and Purge Rule List page opens.
