The following fields are available for filtering searches of your service desk contact records.
Note: All search fields that allow text entry support use of the % wildcard character.
The name assigned to the group.
Defaults to Group and cannot be changed.
Indicates whether the group is Active or Inactive.
A unique identifier for the group.
Choose the access type from the drop down list. The access type determines the system functions the group can access.
The group's location code. Enter the location directly, or click the search icon to search for a location. The group's geographical location information is filled in automatically based on the definition of the selected location code.
The group's organization. Enter the organization directly, or click the search icon to search for the desired organization.
The group's department. Enter the department directly, or click the search icon to search for the desired department.
The group contact's phone number.
Note: You can click the More icon to display the Additional Search Arguments field. This field is intended only for expert users who understand SQL and Majic and can use it to specify search arguments that are not available in the standard search filter fields. You can enter a SQL WHERE clause in this field to specify an additional search argument.
