The interface type of the help set (such as Analyst, Employee, or Customer). The interface type specifies the general type of view that users in the associated role can see. Most roles (including all predefined Administrator, Analyst, and Manager roles) use the Analyst interface type. After the interface type is assigned to a role this defined, this field cannot be changed. This is a required field.
Indicates whether the help set is Active or Inactive. This is a required field.
The prefix you want to attach to the help files generated for this help set. The prefix cannot contain spaces. This is a required field.
Note: You should assign a prefix that allows you to easily identify the files belonging to this help set. For example, you may want to use ANAL for an analyst's help set prefix.
Specifies NO for user-defined help sets. Cannot be changed.
A description of the help set which assists in identifying the help set and the roles to which it applies.
The date the help set was published. Cannot be changed.
The date the help set was last modified. Cannot be changed.
The user ID of the last person to modify this help set. Cannot be changed.
