Invite the End User from the On Hold Users Pane

You can invite the end user from a queue in the Support Automation Analyst Interface.

To invite the end user from the queue

  1. Launch Live Assistance from the Support Automation tab or from a CA SDM ticket.

    The Support Automation Analyst Interface appears.

  2. Select a user from the On Hold Users pane.
  3. Click Handle Session or double-click the row.

    The assistance session begins for your selected end user.
