View Current Object Locks

You can view a snapshot of currently locked objects.

Follow these steps:

1. On the Administration tab, select System, Current Locks.

   The Current Locks page lists the following information about object locks:

   Lock

   Identifies the process that requested the lock.

   Name

   Identifies the lock name. If the lock is related to a ticket, the lock name can reflect the ticket number.

   Table Name

   Identifies the location of the locked object.

   Object Name

   Identifies the Majic object.

   Lock Owner

   Identifies the table user.

   Locked Since

   Shows the date and time of the lock.

   Process

   Identifies the process that initiated the lock.

2. Refresh the browser.

   The Current Locks page shows the most recent object locks.
