You can use the keyboard to navigate through the Support Automation Analyst Interface as follows:
General key accelerators let you use the keyboard to perform dialog and menu functions:
ENTER—Selects OK.
ESC—Selects Cancel and closes the dialog.
SPACE—Activates the button that has focus.
SHIFT+F10—Opens the pop-up menu.
WINDOWS_CONTEXT_MENU_KEY—Opens the popup menu.
Tool Specific accelerators let you use the keyboard to perform Support Automation Analyst Interface tool functions:
CTRL+SHIFT+R—Refreshes the connection quality.
ENTER—Sends the message when you focus on the message text area.
SHIFT+ENTER—Adds a new line to the text area. Using TAB in the message text area does not indent, but it focuses on the next component.
ENTER—Sends the URL when you focus on the URL text field.
ENTER—Executes the selected script.
ENTER—Starts the search on the search tab.
ENTER—Adds the selected file to the transfer queue.
CTRL+F10—Opens the full screen view menu if you are in full screen view.
ENTER—Runs the specified application when you focus on the run text field.
ENTER—Performs the selected shut down option when you focus on the actions dropdown list.
Traversal and selection changes let you use the keyboard to navigate the hierarchy within list items and menus:
TAB—Focuses on the next component.
CTRL+TAB—Moves to the next focusable component in a higher hierarchy.
CTRL+SHIFT+TAB—Moves to the previous focusable components in a higher hierarchy.
Use the UP and DOWN arrows to navigate.
Use UP and DOWN for vertical menus and LEFT and RIGHT for horizontal menus.
When you focus on a tabbed pane, the selected tab highlights upon selection.
