Search for Service Target Templates

You can search for service target templates.

To search for service target templates

  1. On the Administration tab, select Service Desk, Service Target Templates.

    The Service Target Template List page appears.

  2. Click Show Filter.
  3. Enter the following search parameters as appropriate:

    Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, enter appropriate Tenant and Public Data settings in the search filter. Public Data can be Excluded or Included with Tenant data; Only searches for public objects exclusively. If you select <empty>, the object is public.

    Name

    Describes the service target.

    Target Duration

    Specifies the maximum amount of time for service target completion in the hh:mm:ss format.

    Object Type

    Describes the type of ticket for this service target.

    Active

    Specifies whether this target is active or inactive.

    Condition

    Specifies the name of the condition (or site-defined condition) that evaluates the ticket data and determines whether the service target is met.

    Condition Outcome

    Displays the required result of the condition.

    Allow Set Actual

    Specifies whether users can set the date and time of a service target.

    Allow Reset Actual

    Specifies whether users can change the date and time of a service target.

    Cost

    Specifies the incurred cost when the service type time limit is violated.

  4. Click the More option to show additional search arguments.
  5. Click Search.

    The Service Target Template List page lists service target templates that match your search criteria.
