Search for a Stored Query

You can specify filter criteria to limit the Stored Query List to the queries of interest. Or, you can click Search with no specified filter criteria to see a list of all stored queries.

To search for a Stored Query

  1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Stored Queries on the Administration Tab.

    The Stored Query List appears.

  2. Click Show Filter.

    The Stored Query List page displays filter fields.

  3. Complete one or more of the filter fields if you want to filter the Stored Query List.
  4. Click Search.

    The Stored Query List is populated with the records that match your search criteria.
