Search Web Forms

You can enter search criteria to filter the Web Form List to display only the web forms you want to see. You can also search for individual web form that you want to view or edit.

To search for a web form:

  1. From the Administration tab, navigate to Security and Role Management, Role Management, Web Forms.

    The Web Form List page displays.

  2. Click Show Filter.

    The available search fields display at the top of the list page.

  3. Complete one or more of the following fields:
    Web Form Name

    The name that identifies the web form.

    Code

    The code that identifies this web form to the system.

    Note: This column specifies the web_form_name on the Properties tab for a multiframe form in Web Screen Painter.

    Record Status

    Indicates whether the form is active or inactive.

    Type

    The type of web form you want. Select one of the following:

    • HTMPL -- A web page that appears as the starting page for one of the custom tabs you create.
    • Report -- A report that displays on any tab.
    • Go Resource -- A drop down list containing the searchable record types.
    • Other -- A custom form type.
  4. Click Search.

    The Web Form List page opens to display the forms that match your search criteria. You can select a web form to view or edit.
