Submit Knowledge

You can submit knowledge from the Search for a Solution pane on the CA SDM home page.

To submit knowledge

  1. Click Submit Knowledge.

    The CA SDM page opens.

  2. Click Category, select the category matching your knowledge.

    The category name appears in the Category field.

  3. Complete the following fields:
    Title

    Displays the title of the document.

    Summary

    Displays a summary of the document.

    Problem

    Displays the problem of the document.

    Resolution

    Displays how the problem was resolved.

    Comment

    Displays additional comments about the document.

  4. Click Save.

    The Knowledge Document appears.

  5. Click Home.

    The Self-Service page reappears.
