Update a Workflow Task Status Code

You can edit a workflow task status code that has already been created. Each workflow task has its own status, which remains separate from the status of the entire ticket.

To update a workflow task status code

  1. Select Service Desk, Change Orders, Workflow Task Status Codes on the Administration tab.

    The Task Status List appears.

  2. Select the task status code to update.

    The Task Status Detail page appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Update Task Status page appears.

  4. Edit the fields as appropriate.

  5. Click Save.

    The task status definition is saved and Task Status Detail page appears.
