Update a Privacy Level

You can modify the privacy level name and its description. You can also define which functions are enabled for this privacy level.

To modify a privacy level

1. Select Settings, Privacy Levels from the Support Automation menu.

   The Privacy Levels List page appears.

2. Click a privacy setting.

   The Privacy Level Detail page appears.

3. Click Edit.

   The Update Privacy Level page appears.

4. Modify any of the following fields:

   Privacy Level Name

   Specifies the privacy level name.

   Privacy Level

   Specifies the privacy level.

   Privacy Level Description

   Describes the privacy level.

   (Optional) Enable or disable the functions for this privacy level on the Permissions tab.

   (Optional) Enable or disable the localizations for this privacy level on the Localization tab.

   Click Save.

   The privacy level is updated.
