Use the Reports Tab

Note: This tab displays only if you have access to CA SDM role-based reports.

From the Reports tab, analysts and managers can work with reports defined for their role or manage their personal reports by clicking the InfoView button. CA SDM uses the BusinessObjects InfoView interface to collect, organize, and present information in report formats. In InfoView, predefined reports are grouped in public folders.

Reports are presented in two reporting frames on the Reports tab. Each frame provides graphical views that let you drill down on report data to show the data beneath charts and summarized groups.

The Reports List contains details of reports that are available for use.

Example: Display a report from the Reports List

  1. Click the Reports List icon (top right corner) from the desired reporting frame.

    The Reports List displays a list of available role-based reports.

  2. Select the report's title in the Name column.

    The page closes and the selected report appears in the appropriate reporting frame.

    Note: You may need to click the Refresh button in the current reporting frame to display the new report.
