Use the Scoreboard

The Scoreboard displays the requests, change orders, rogue changes, MDR violations, issues, call backs, and tasks assigned to you or your group. Your system administrator configures user privileges. You can view your assigned and unassigned records by priority.

To use the Scoreboard

  1. Click the expand icon to display a category or subcategory and view its subcategories.

    Items display in the Scoreboard followed by the number of records of that item type assigned to you or your group.

  2. Select a category to see a summary of items in that category displayed in the List Area.
  3. Click Update Counts.

    The record counts in the Scoreboard refreshes and displays the updated counts assigned to you.
