View the Assistance Session Queue

You can view the queue list to help you manage live assistance sessions as end users request your assistance. The administrator sets your queue viewing permissions.

To view the assistance session queue

  1. Select Queues from the toolbar.

    The Queues View appears.

  2. Select the appropriate queue in the left part of the Queues view.

    You can select All Queues to view details about every queue that you have permission to access.

    The main window displays details about your selected queue, such as the queued user wait time and status.

  3. Select the appropriate row in the main window and click Handle Session.

    The queued end user is selected and the assistance session begins.
