View or Modify your Support Automation Security Settings

You can view your Support Automation security settings during an assistance session. The administrator sets your privacy levels for when connecting with analysts. Depending on your settings, analyst actions can prompt you for confirmation, such as remote control.

To view your security settings

  1. Launch an assistance session.

    The end-user client appears.

  2. Click Security.

    The security details appear.

  3. Select the appropriate security level.

    Important! Your administrator sets privacy levels, so some options are not modifiable.
