You can view the event delay history for a change order to see descriptions of the service type event delays. Service type event delays let you suspend a service type event to prevent a service level violation.
To view the event delay history for a change order
The Change Orders List appears.
The Change Order Detail window opens.
The Event Delay History window opens.
Indicates the date and time the delay began.
Indicates the date and time the delay ended.
Indicates the actual duration of delay.
Indicates the effective duration of delay.
Defines the support level assigned to the ticket (for example, 4-hour service requirement).
