Detach Change Order

You can end the association between an incident and an attached change order.

To detach a change order from an incident

  1. On the Service Desk tab, select the desired incident from the Incident List page.

    The Incident Detail page appears.

  2. Select Activities, Detach Change Order on the menu bar.

    The Detach Change Order from Incident page appears.

  3. Click Detach.

    The incident is detached from the change order, and the activity is recorded on the Activities tab on the Incident Detail page.
