Attach a Document to a Change Order

You can attach a document file to a change order so that it may be viewed when viewing or editing the change order.

To attach a document to a change order

  1. On the Scoreboard, select the desired change order from the Change Order List page.

    The Change Detail page appears.

  2. Select the Attachments tab, and click Attach Document.

    The Add File page appears.

  3. Enter the file name you want to attach, or click Browse to navigate to the desired file name.
  4. Select the repository where the document is stored.
  5. Enter a name for the attachment.

    This name appears in the Attachments List on the Change Detail page.

  6. Enter a description for the attachment.
  7. Click Upload.

    The document is uploaded to the change order record and is listed on the Attachments tab of the Change Detail page.
