View Ambiguous Transactions from the Administration Tab

You can view and manage ambiguous transactions from the Administration tab.

To view ambiguous transactions, on the Administration tab, browse to CA CMDB, Reconciliation Management, Ambiguous CI Transactions.

The list of CI transactions that have an index greater than 0 (zero) display.

Note: When you click Clear Filter in the Ambiguous CI List page or Ambiguous CI Transaction List page, it does not flush the Additional Search Arguments field (ambiguity > 0).
