Create an Attribute Alias Code

You can create new attribute alias codes.

To create an attribute alias code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Attribute Aliases on the Administration tab.

   The Attribute Alias Search page appears.

2. Click Create New.

   The Create New Attribute Alias page appears.

3. Fill in the fields as appropriate.

   See Attribute Alias Fields for field descriptions.

4. Click Save.

   The new code definition is saved.
