Create a Product Code

You can create new product codes.

To create a product code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Products on the Administration tab.

   The Product List page appears.

2. Click Create New.

   The Create New Product page appears.

3. Fill in the fields as appropriate.

   See Product Fields for field descriptions.

4. Click Save.

   The new code definition is saved.
