Create a Timespan Code

You can create new timespan codes.

To create a timespan code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Timespans on the Administration tab.

   The Timespan List page appears.

2. Click Create New.

   The Create New Timespan page appears.

3. Fill in the fields as appropriate.

   See Timespan Fields for field descriptions.

4. Click Save.

   The new code definition is saved.
