Delete a Support Automation Hour Configuration

If you no longer need a Support Automation hours configuration, you can delete it.

To delete a Support Automation hours configuration

1. Select Settings, Support Automation Hours from the Support Automation menu.

   The Support Automation Hours page appears.

2. Right-click a Support Automation Hour Configuration, and select Delete from the shortcut menu.

   The configuration is removed.
