Update a Support Automation Hour Configuration

You can update a Support Automation Hours configuration to set specific hours of operation using the CA SDM work shift. Each tenant can have one active configuration. By default, when you create a configuration, it is active until you define another configuration to be active.

To update a Support Automation hours configuration

  1. Select Settings, Support Automation Hours from the Support Automation menu.

    The Support Automation Hours page appears.

  2. Click a Support Automation hours configuration link.

    The Support Automation Hours page Detail appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Update Support Automation Hours Configuration page appears.

  4. Modify any of the following fields:
    Label

    Specifies the name that displays.

    Workshift

    Specifies the hours.

    Click Save.

    The hours of operation are saved.
