Edit Manual Notification Recipients

You can edit the list of the contact objects and names that are specified as Available Recipients for manual notifications of ticket activity.

To edit manual notification recipients

  1. On the Administration tab, browse to Notifications, Activity Notifications.

    The Activity Notification List appears.

  2. Click Manual Notify.

    The Manual Notification Activity Notification Detail page appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Manual Notification Activity Notification Update page appears.

  4. Use the Object Contact Recipients tab and the Contact Recipients tab to update the recipients. Click Save.

    The contact recipients are updated.
