Issue Events

You can view a record of significant actions that take place regarding an issue.

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Scoreboard, browse to Issues, Assigned or Unassigned, and select the priority for the desired issue.

    The Issue List displays.

  2. Select the desired issue.

    The Issue Detail page displays.

  3. Click the Event Log tab at the bottom of the page.

    A list of events for this issue displays.
