Organization Search Fields

The following fields are available for filtering searches of your service desk organization records.

Note: All search fields that allow text entry support use of the % wildcard character.

Active: Indicates whether the organization is Active or Inactive.
Name: The organization' descriptive name.
Organization Code: The unique identifier for the organization.
Preferred Contact: The name of the person primarily responsible for issues related to this organization. Enter the contact name directly into the field, or click the search icon to select the desired contact.
Description: Allows you to filter the list to include only records with description text that matches your search string.
