Create a Reporting Method Code

You can create new reporting method codes.

To create a reporting method code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Reporting Methods on the Administration tab.

   The Reporting Method List page appears.

2. Click Create New.

   The Create New Reporting Method page appears.

3. Fill in the fields as appropriate.

   See Reporting Method Fields for field descriptions.

4. Click Save.

   The new code definition is saved.
