The following fields require explanation:
The name that identifies the role wherever it appears in the user interface.
A code that identifies the role to the system. Assign a code that allows you to identify the role. After the record has been saved, this field cannot be changed.
Indicates whether the role is Active or Inactive.
Indicates whether this is the default role.
Specifies the form group associated with the role. Predefined form groups include Analyst, Customer, Employee, and ITIL.
The document used by this role for entering tickets into the system.
A description of the role's purpose. This description appears on the Role List page and can facilitate the task of assigning users to appropriate roles.
