Search for a Priority Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the priority list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for an priority code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Priorities on the Administration tab.

   The Priority List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Priority Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Priority List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
