Search for a Property

You can customize many of the ways in which Support Automation handles activities to differ from the default installation. You can search the property list to customize Support Automation behavior.

To search for a property

1. Select Property List from the Support Automation menu.

   The Property List page appears.

2. Click Show Filter.

   Additional fields appear.

3. Complete the fields and click Search.

   The search limits the list to the information of interest.

Note: You can click the Export button to export the list results to a Microsoft Excel (.xls) file format for use outside of CA SDM.
