Update a Support Automation Property

You can customize many of the ways in which Support Automation handles activities to differ from the default installation. You can use the property list settings to customize Support Automation behavior.

To update a property

  1. Select Property List from the Support Automation menu.

    The Property List page appears.

  2. Click a property.

    The Property page appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Update Property page appears.

  4. Modify the value or description and click Save.

    The property settings are updated.
