Search for a Contact in the Quick Profile

You can enter search criteria to filter the Contact List to display only the contacts of interest. You can also search for individual contacts that you want to view or edit.

To search for a contact in the Quick Profile

  1. Select View, Quick Profile in the Service Desk tab.

    The Quick Profile Contact Search window opens.

    Note: Depending on your role, Quick Profile may be available through the Quick Profile tab, or a Quick Profile button on a ticket detail page.

  2. Complete one or more of the search fields for the contact, and click Search.

    The Quick Profile Contact List populates with those contacts that match your search criteria.

  3. Select the desired contact.

Note: Click Select New Contact to search for a different contact in the Quick Profile.
