Search Incidents

You can enter filter values on the Incident Search page to list only the incidents of interest, or leave the fields blank to display a listing of all incidents.

Note: If you are using multi-tenancy, a tenant drop-down list appears in the search filter. If you select <empty> in this drop-down list, the search is public.

To search for an incident

1. Select Search, Incidents on the menu bar of a Scoreboard tab.

   The Incident Search page appears.

2. (Optional) Complete one or more of the fields to specify your search criteria.

   See Incident Search Fields for field definitions.

3. Click Search.

   The Incident List page displays summaries of the incidents that match your search criteria.

4. Click the Incident # link to view the incident of interest.

   The Incident Detail page appears.
