View Incidents

You can view summary information for incident tickets on the Incident List page.

Note: If you are using multi-tenancy, a tenant drop-down list appears in the search filter. If you select <empty> in this drop-down list, the search is public.

To display the Incident List page

  1. Select Incidents from the Scoreboard.

    The Incidents folder expands to reveal nested folders for Assigned and Unassigned incidents.

  2. Select the Assigned or Unassigned folder.

    The folder expands to reveal a nested folder for All, and folders for incidents grouped by priority level.

  3. Select the folder for the incidents you want to see.

    The Incident List page appears.

  4. (Optional) Click Show Filter and complete one or more of the fields to specify search criteria that restricts the list to the incidents of interest.

  5. Click Search.

    The Incident List page displays summaries of the incidents that match your search criteria.

  6. Click the Incident # link to view the incident of interest.

    The Incident Detail page appears.
