Search Menu Tree Resources

You can enter search criteria to filter the Menu Tree Resource List to display only the resources you want to see. You can also search for individual resources that you want to view or edit.

To search for a menu tree resource:

1. From the Administration tab, navigate to Security and Role Management, Role Management, Menu Tree Resources.

   The Menu Tree Resource List page displays.

2. Click Show Filter.

   The available search fields display at the top of the list page.

3. Complete one or more of the following search fields:
   • Name -- The name displayed in the menu tree in the left pane of the tab. This is a required field.
   • Status -- Indicate whether the resource is active or inactive. This is a required field.
   • Description -- The description of the resource. This should assist in further defining the purpose of the resource.
   • Resource -- The action performed when the user selects the resource from the menu tree. This can be the name of the page that is displayed or the search operation that is performed.
4. Click Search.

   The Menu Tree Resource List page opens to display the resources that match your search criteria. You can select a resource to view or edit.
