Survey Question Detail Page

The Survey Question Template Detail page appears when you create or modify a survey question.

This page displays the following:

Tenant

Specifies the tenant associated with this question. If this field says public (shared), then the question is public.

Note: This field only appears in multi-tenancy installations.

Sequence

Defines the order in which the question appears in the survey. For example, if the value is 1, then this is the first question in the survey.

Include Comments

Allows a customer to enter free-form comments by adding a text box to the end of the survey form.

Comment Label

Indicates the label for the comment text box.

Note: Use this field when you indicate that you want to include comments in the question.

Active?

Specifies if the question is active or inactive.

Response Required?

Indicates that the user is required to answer this question.

Multiple Response Question?

Indicates that this question has multiple answers.

Question text

Specifies the question text that appears in the survey.

Last Modified Date

Specifies the last date the question was modified.

Last Modified By

Specifies the last user who modified the question.
