Survey Question List

The Survey Question List appears when you create or open a survey template.

Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, the list page displays a tenant column and a tenant drop-down list in the search filter. Specifying <empty> in the search filter searches for public objects. On detail pages, select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list. If you select <empty>, the object is public.

The page contains the following fields:

Search

Allows you to search for all questions added to your survey.

Show Filter

Displays a search filter.

Clear Filter

Clears the search filter.

Add Question

Opens the Create New Survey Question window, allowing you to specify the question's sequence, comment label, status and question text.

Sequence

(Required) Indicates a number (greater than zero) for the order in which this question appears on the survey question list. The questions appear in the order in which they are created. Numbers do not have to be sequential.

Question

Displays the question text.

Status

(Required) Indicates if the question is active or inactive.
