You can edit an activity notification that has already been created. Activity notifications enable you to define notifications for specific activities. An activity is an action that someone performs, such as resolving a service desk ticket or sending a managed survey.
To update an activity notification
The Activity Notification List appears. You can modify the activity notifications that appear on this list, or define your own.
Note: The "Document about to expire" activity notification is activated seven days before the actual expiration date that displays in the knowledge document.
The Activity Notification Detail page appears.

The Update Activity Notification page appears.
Defines a unique identifier for this record.
Specifies if the problem type is an internal default problem type.
Defines if the database record is active or inactive.
Describes the activity notification.
Specifies the name of the object to which the attribute applies. Click the drop-down list to select the Object Type.
Notifies the appropriate contacts when the activity log is generated for related tickets (requests/incidents/problems, change orders, and issues).
Note: If you use multi-tenancy, do the following:
The modified activity notification appears in the Activity Notification List when you redisplay the list.
